  The amendment, House Bill 136 would make three important changes to Idaho’s Local Land Use Planning Act (LLUPA)

 Valley Advocates for Responsible Development and other similar non-profit groups in Idaho believe in providing predictability and fairness in land use planning. HB 136 does neither.
