Wildlife Ordinance Revisions Adopted

May 13 – Wildlife ordinance revisions are adopted!

 After several months of revisions and work by the Planning & Zoning Commission, the Board of County Commissioners unanimously adopted the new and improved wildlife regulations.  These changes will make the ordinance clearer and easier to interpret when a development application falls within the county wildlife overlay.  Both the developer and the community will benefit from these protections in this new ordinance.
