Cell Tower Ordinance

Researched, drafted and proposed a cell tower ordinance to Driggs, Victor and Teton County.  The proposed ordinance addresses height and location of cell towers.  VARD proposed the ordinance in response to citizen concerns over the installation of four cell towers in Pioneer Park in Victor.
