VARD’s Comment Letter on River Rim Ranch PUD Amendment

River Rim Ranch is a Planned Unit Development and PUD’s and are discretionary approvals. An applicant must provide a compelling case as to why a particular amendment provides a public benefit to the citizens of Teton County.
